Texas is a "one-party consent" state, meaning a call can be recorded as long as one participant on the call, including us, consents to the recording. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so that we can schedule appointments, follow up with you, keep accurate records, and improve our service. 12. Changes to This Policy
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
